  Preface: I will gladly edit my review if & when I see things improve for the better. It was a nice place and still has the potential to be a great place to call home
  
  I don't know what has happened to this place over the last 3 months, but it seems to be on a rapid decline. The overall attitudes of the people living here is horrible. Speeding through parking lots, leaving trash and beer bottles both in hallways and other community areas, and of course not picking up after their pets.
  
  They reissued parking passes a few months ago in an effort to stop people abusing the system and open up more parking spots. This worked for a few weeks, but now it is getting increasingly difficult to park during the evening hours. I've noticed several vehicles regularly parking behind the gate with no pass not getting impounded. Patrol Masters (the hired security incharge of enforcing the pass) seems to have a very laxed attitude toward the parking situation, issuing warnings instead of towing cars. I have a valid pass, they do not. Get them out of here.
  
  Smoking is a huge issue at this complex. Even though they tell you that it's a smoke-free property and smoking is only allowed within the unit, people (including the security guards) are often seen smoking in common areas or on their patios . It's very hard to keep windows open to get fresh air when the air is full of cigarette and marijuana smoke.
  
  The staff and management here are awesome. They are quick to help when you have an issue and get it resolved in a timely manner. It's a shame that the community does not match.
